The USB connection port is missing but the storm ball does work with 3 AA batteries that are not included. A bit of glue is visible in a couple spots under the storm ball and top of base. Also, the fire on his head is a bit cracked. Brand new item, never owned. 

Baphomet sits atop a power/battery operated black and silver moving water storm ball. This would make a great addition to an altar or even a cool gift! When it's not operating the glass ball looks black.
